Downtown Camera in Toronto can special order Tri-X in 5x7 for you.

Argentix.ca shows some 5x7 Fomapan in stock. Probably any dealer that stocks Ilford film can special order through the Ilford Canadian distributor, Amplis, though you will need to wait a while.

I have bought it at The Camera Store in Calgary but they show none in stock currently....special order. By far the fastest is to buy from B&H in N York..... free shipping over $99..that's been my experience
