broke the screw on Master Technika -- are the parts easy to get?

First time posting here! I broke the the screw holding the spring that pushes the the door arm into the locking place (as the picture). While it is now on its way to Nippon in NYC, I am too scared of imaging it being sent back without repairing because of part unavailability. So my question is that, are the parts needed in this repair rare or not? Thanks in advance!

The metal spring on the right hand side lost its tension and slipped past the bifurcation point, then stuck the door closing mechanism (not sure about the terminology since I am not a mechanical engineer). I broke it the screw into 2 pieces while trying to tighten it hoping that it would give the spring a little more tension.

Should be no problem. I just ordered a bunch of quite parts for Technika V and Master Technika from Linhof in Germany as a private person. I imagine a repair shop should have no problems sourcing them either.

Thanks sirvir for the information -- I didn't know that a private person can order directly from the factory.

And Nippon photoclinic in NYC fixed the camera in 2 weeks and charged 490 (CLA) + (for the screw, the spring turns out to be fine). A little expensive, but I am more than happy to see the master technika operating normally again.

Good to hear I have found the process difficult as they did not have ability to do point of sale transactions in the past.

Was it easy easy sale or did you have to set up a bank transfer account as a vendor?

Do they still have a minimum 100 euro fee?

    Thanks

I think you should check out eBay or any local repair store.
