400mm f:8 Tele Congo

Does anybody have experience with one of these? I'd appreciate your thoughts on it.

Currently own/use the 500mm f9.5 Tele Congo on 6x9, excellent tele lens for 6x9. Plenty of camera movements (bit whacky), plenty "sharp", good contrast with modest bellows/camera extension for a 500mm lens. Light weight, smallish in a Copal# 1 shutter. Image circle likely not quite enough for 4x5.
