I recently received some 4x5 negs that were developed improperly. Basically, there some lines running through the neg that aren't simply from scanning.

Anyway, I was wondering, if there was an easy, consistent way to get rid of these in post. Unfortunately, healing brush is not good with long lines across blurry fore/backgrounds. I've basically been spot healing them with the clone stamp on low opacity, making multiple passes, however this is time consuming and frustrating to me. You can see them if you zoom in on the image. Very slight, but incredibly distracting.

Wondering if anyone has some good tips for this kind of thing.

Thanks!
