I use the Notes app that comes with my IPhone
I record exposure and f-stop plus pictures of the holder and I add the MarkII view finder.

I've created darkroom data sheets which allow for entries of the usual stuff on top, plus I leave a large space at the bottom so that I can directly trace over a negative (typically the "less perfect" negative of the two or three I typically have of a given setup), using a lightbox...to allow for precise indications of localized exposure/contrast controls. Seems to work pretty well.
Thing is...I often find that my best prints are made "by feel," while completely disregarding the metronome! I kind of fall into a trance while making the print exposure...and then I need to try to remember/estimate how I did it so that I can record the data after the fact!
