Thread: Do you agree that I got a bad batch of Ilford MGV RC Paper?

Question Do you agree that I got a bad batch of Ilford MGV RC Paper?

I believe I got a bad batch of Ilford MGV RC Paper because my contact sheets have an already exposed image in the bottom right corner with waves and light and dark areas. The image looks like guitar strings or an art piece. It's not a reflection in my room or from my lens or anything on my negatives. I printed with a couple other RC papers (Foma and Kentmere), but I could not replicate the bizarre problem.

Also, when I opened up the box, I noticed that several sheets were "stuck" together with a tacky feeling.

Here's how it looks. Please excuse the finger prints. It's glossy paper, and apparently I'm the Cookie Monster (oily fingers).

Have any of you ever seen something like this?

    Source, seller?

    box condition?

I have not, but I buy 95% from B+H as I think they sell the most volume
