Lovely image, and very interesting use of selective focus. Only three of the eight flowers is in focus, and nothing else, but it is amazing how you direct our eyes to the flowers in focus, and our eyes just keep coming back to those three flowers. What f/stop did you use with the 180 Sonnar?
I have not shot any film in quite a long time but this image makes me want to pull out my Fuji GX680 and try a few images with selective focus!

The image was shot wide-open at f/4.
I focused on the stamen of the tulip in focus.
I can get 'sharpness sickness' similar to motion sicknessafter working a busy razer-sharp digital work week.
My fix is to shoot for selective focus and let the bokeh fall where it will with my favorite film cameras.
It is self-medication therapy for me. When I shoot it, I am totally in I don't care about sharpness mode.
It sounds like it is time for you to enjoy some film!
