HR-U is very capable film. Too unresistant to scratches, but with good tonality, usable E.I. from 20 to 80*, very low Schwarzschild effect and well controllable contrast.

Chris, a very interesting idea. Not many choose to make portraits in which the setting has a metaphorical quality.

Okay, have another print from my (January) Entwined project, which I linked an image from earlier in this thread.

Hope you don't mind me giving some background to the image.:

I wanted the image to represent the two entwined lives in pregnancy, with this relationship of love, beauty and pain (symbolised by the roses) starting from conception and continuing until death.

I should probably say, I wanted to anonymize the photo in order to connect with more people, hence choosing to show only the body...

It was definitely a difficult project. I found that the room for error was absolutely minimal, and I lost a few negatives to underexposure (thanks to a broken, used lightmeter). Aligning all the elements with my wife who was due to give birth in a week was definitely...testing...both for the photo, and our marriage . But, anyway, glad to have an actual image at the end. Hope you like it.
