    Print film as negative film?

A few years ago I bought some Efke 16x20 Print film and I thought they were regular in camera use negative films.

Is there anyway that I can use them as negative films? I exposed a few sheets using ISO 25 a few years ago and they were way overexposed at that speed. Very high contrast as well.
