I found in my freezer several packs of 8x10 film sealed in red envelopes (I think 25 sheets per envelope). They have one broad square notch, and are separated by tissue. Does anyone know what kind of film this might be?

My best guess would be that it's some quite old graphic arts film, most likely orthochromatic.
Kodak had several sheet films with horizontal notches. Google sheet film notches - Here is an image with 4 candidates. https://www.flickr.com/photos/90900361@N08/22625961600
