help identifying a camera and repair suggestion

    hi guys,

I bought this quarter plate camera off ebay a few years back. It was a bad purchase but long story short, I kept it instead of sending back to the seller.

The front standard was broken so I never use it. Now i have some time and I am looking into repairing it.

But i cannot find any information and photos on this camera and how it look like in good condition.
Do anyone know what camera is that and any suggestions on the repair? My first thought is to 3D print something to fit to the end of the lens board and have 2 "keys" to shot into the 2 key holes but how do I keep the front standard perpendicular to the base?

It looks like a very well done homemade camera for either 35mm or 120 film

That looks pretty cool! Maybe not much needed to repair it, one piece of wood and a couple of bayonet mount posts to fit into that focussing rail.

You are missing a very important part. It is the base of the front standard. It is an "L" shape part with two "T"post that connect to the metal base.

    Agreed!

This is a very simplified (and elegant!) 9x12cm camera. Much more useful than the far more common Goerz ANGO with a defunct curtain shutter. Film is still available from the EU!
