This one's got a lot of soul--the depth within the frame here is really evocative. (Otherwise, I've always wondered why there aren't more photos floating around from the Guadalupe's--I suspect you could spend several lifetimes in that part of the world.)

Thanks, I got very lucky on a business trip to El Paso (drove it for once) hit the clouds perfectly on the return drive.

This inspires me to seek out more horizontal banding for my future mountain shots – long grass, rounded boulders, mountain ridge, cloudy sky.
