At that speed, he should have been ready to take a shot around midnight. Glad it was all for fun or he'd need a lens with some serious speed....even F0.95 would be way too slow.

I've seen a number of allegedly serious web flicks even more fumbling and incompetent in portions.

Well, at least it isn't power equipment like I used to distribute. I've seen some do-it-yourself flicks that looked like a recipe for suicide, electrocution, or amputation. But having a camera tip over and smash a rare expensive lens hurts too! Overall, this web flick in question is a good reminder how NOT to do certain things. Believe me, I've seen some of the same things done in person. Having too much money to spend is not necessarily an advantage, especially when it comes to cult lenses in the hands of beginners.

One person said in the YouTube comments that the camera store scenes took him back to the 1970s and '80s. That resonated with me. Maybe I'll start a thread on such experiences, just for fun. Mine were at places like Olden, Willoughby's, Spiratone, and Nikon House in NYC, when B&H was still pretty small.

Now ... that ... was outrageously funny.

Thank you Mat for that hilarious video, really enjoyed it. BTW, I also appreciate your LF Friday series on You Tube.
