Very impressive!! Look at the Zone VI 8x10 carrier called something like "out flat" I don't remember the exact name these work quite well.
I tested several lenses at f11 for sharpness for my horizontal enlarger yesterday, from 240 to 360mm, and the 240mm had the darkest corners.
I'm wondering if your corners will be so dark you will want a workaround.
Only way to tell is to make an enlargement. Have you done it yet?

My best 8X10 enlarger was partly DIY by the last owner, a very influential Pro that gave me a large print he made on it
1 of 100's sold for real money
He and I proudly use a 240mm Nikon enlarger lens, it covers fine
Study this http://store.khbphotografix.com/EL-N...ives-Used.html
as I immediately gave the $600 print to my daughter the size eludes me
at least 16X20, OP was limited by basement height
Tin Can
Only a taking lens: a Sironar-SE f5.6, I skipped to test the process lens Fujinon-A.
I hope to use my 300 f4.5 Industar-37, it went from good at f8 to excellent at f11.
The 12" Velostigmat was not useful at f11. Nor the 300mm Fujinon-W.
My testing was done on the Linhof rail camera I intend to use as an enlarger against some lamps.
It might be some of the lenses was damaged or misaligned.
Congratulations on finishing the project! I'm really impressed.
Are you going to paint the shiny metal black?

Probably not black, since that doesn't really fit the aesthetic I want. Likely a matte grey.
Looking at the rodagon G 240mm, there might be some fall off towards the edges, but that could be caused by the reflection coming from the table to my eyes. I'll know for certain once I'm able to run some test prints
I compared my 300mm Rodagon (non-G) to my 240mm Schneider Componon-S at 2x enlargement (16x20).
With the grain magnifier, the 300mm demonstrates the exact same grain sharpness and clarity from center to edge.
With the grain magnifier, the 240mm demonstrates some loss of sharpness near the corners.
Examining the prints together, with my eye about 1 foot from the corners of the prints, I can't tell the difference. I'd need a magnifier to see if there is any difference. Even with a 8x loupe, it is hard to tell any difference.
