    Show in Mass.

My friend Allen Rumme and his cohort Frank Armstrong are having a show that should really be worth seeing at:

    "A JOUNEY CONTINUED"
    Clarke University
Schiltkamp Gallery, Traina Center the Arts
    92 Downing Street
    Worchester, MA 01610
    508-793-7113

    February 27-April 16
    Gallery Talk Feb. 28 4:30
    Reception Feb. 28 5:30

I guess these two met at an Oliver Gagliani workshop twenty years ago and have been meeting up for travel and shooting ever since. It should be good.
    Thanks,
    Kirk

Thanks for the alert, Kirk - I'll try to make it out to Worcester during the run. Here's the description from the Clark website:

Friends for the past twenty years, Allen and Frank have journeyed and photographed together throughout the west and New England. They forage for images that seek to establish their individual relationships to the world they in which they live. From traditional landscapes, social landscapes, to studies of graffiti adorned walls, these images are studied visual impressions that reveal each photographers relationship to the land, and explore the relationship of others to the land. These are images that both answer and ask questions, and invite viewer participation.

Thanks.....Allen and I hope you'll say hello. If you can't make it to the opening, give me a holler.

I plan on attending the reception on Tues Feb 28. I will be coming in from Springfield. Looking forward to meeting Allen and Frank.

I hope that many New England photographers can make this show.

Just for the record, over the course of the evening, almost 300 people show up at the opening, and there has been a rather steady stream of people since. Everyday that I've been by since the opening (I have an office in the building since I'm Clark facuty) there are always 2,3,4 people in the gallery looking.
