Is this HAZE in 240mm G-Claron? Recommendations please?

I just picked up a Calumet C-1 that came with two G-Claron lenses. The 305mm is fine. The other lens, a late model 240mm f/9 in black Compur shutter, is so cloudy looking through it is like looking through gauze.

Please see the attached pictures to help determine if this is indeed haze. It is a mixture of cloudiness and what looks like tiny oily droplets on surface of the surface of the two inner elements. Nothing changed after a good cleaning.

    Is this haze?

Is there some solution that is recommended that I can try on my own, or is this a service that can be done by a competent technician, ie Grimes?

    Thanks for any help...

Looks like lens separation to me. There isn't likely a repair option that is lower than the value of the lens, besides doing it yourself which involves separating the lens elements and re-cementing them..

Those dots look like condensed lubricant from the shutter. Unscrew the cells from the shutter and check whether they're on the inner surfaces of the inner elements. If so, clean.

    Thx Dan.
I did unscrew both cells from the shutter and tried to clean those two surfaces, but to no avail. I'm wondering if the oily lubricant dried out over time and my normal cleaning fluid isn't strong enough to dissolve it.

I should add that the issue is on both sides of the shutter (both cells).

I tried to do this once and it was a complete failure. I am a very capable "do it your selfer", but not an optical technician. Best bet is to get another set of 240mm f/9 lens elements from a barrel lens and mount them on your shutter.

Thx. I'm not sure it's separation though.
The issue appears on both sides of the shutter in both the front and the rear cells. I would think that it would be unlikely that both sets of cells are separating in such a late model G-Claron. It does appear to be dried oily residue from shutter lubricant, but I can definitely be wrong. My lens cleaning solution isn't effective. I'm wondering if there is some more powerful solution I should try. I'm thinking I have nothing to lose as it is pretty unusable as it is.

    Maybe try methanol?

    It be worth a try.
How about acetone, as I already have that on hand?
