    Re: Digital IR

I like the R72 filter as well, Peter.

I've been enjoying the 617 format on the GFX more and more lately.

One question for anyone seeing these: do they look very bright on your screen? I recently started using a darker screen setting for processing/printing because my prints were coming out dark.
So what you're seeing is also my printer calibration. Too much?

It pretty much looks like your other posts for me. Here are the some RGB values on my monitor if it helps at all.

Ari, they look appropriately bright on my screen.

They look bright to me also. I also like the format, and the subject.

    Ari,

    Brightness looks fine to me.

But how are you shooting 6X17 format with the GFX? Stitching I assume?

    Re: Digital IR

    Thanks, Sandy.
Sorry, I mis-represent the format option. I have yet to stitch on the GFX, the files are large enough for now.
It conforms to the 6x17 aspect, but it's a sensor crop done in-camera. The camera presents it as 65:24
I mostly shoot in the 7:6 aspect ratio on the GFX, but now find myself getting used to the long horizontal image, especially when shooting IR.
The other formats (4:3, 3:2, 5:4, 1:1, 16:9) don't interest me as much, but it's wonderful having these options on a digital camera.
