    Thanks, Tuco. I hope so!

It's pretty hazy here...and obviously the season is changing.

1st D850 IR test shot. 50mm f/1.4 at f/1.4, R72 filter, Live View focus through filter, ISO64, 10 second exposure.

Well, bummer, I can't say I'd want to do a f8 shot with the shutter speed you're getting.

Peter, Congrats on your new camera! The D850 is ranked as one of the best Nikons.

How does this exposure compare to your D600? Did you have to give it too much more?

Too soon to tell, and I've got lots work to do today. Even accounting for ISO64, it seems slower, but.....it's much later in the year, and it was pretty hazy.

    Re: Digital IR

Three digital IR images from a brief visit with relatives in Louisiana. Image capture with a Fuji GFX 50S full spectrum, with 720 nm filter. One is a partial view of an old oak tree in the cemetery at Natchez, another is a view of the bridge over the Mississippi river from the bluffs at Natchez looking south, and the third is a image made on Lake St John, an oxbow lake of the Mississippi in Louisiana.

    Well done, Sandy.
Do you use GFX lenses for IR? How's their hotspot performance?
