Not DIY Curtains for a darkroom

Hello, I'm a screen printing teacher moving into an old traditional photo classroom. While the room has a darkroom, the curtains to keep it dark are long gone.

Where would I start to look for a non DIY solution? My campus won't approve a DIY option.

Home theater black-out curtains. I found this at Target: https://www.target.com/p/oslo-theate...91#lnk=sametab

Any of the large craft stores (we have Michael's, Joann's, etc.) should also have "blackout curtains" that are pre-cut to certain standard sizes or, alternatively, in rolls that can be cut to whatever desired length.

When I went shopping for black-out curtains, I took along a small flashlight to see how well they block light. Not all do.

I wasn't smart enough to think of that - - and I could have easily used the "flashlight" on my smartphone and probably gotten just have good of a result. I got lucky and the curtains work for me, but this is an awesome suggestion.

    https://www.walmart.com/browse/home/...RWNsaXBzZQieie

I found Walmart sold the cheapest 4 years ago, as I needed to blackout my entire old house

They are good enough except for a total blackout darkroom

I used white blackout plastic sheet like this https://www.amazon.com/Total-Blackou...xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==

    then https://www.homedepot.com/p/Reflecti...B&gclsrc=aw.ds

    Then 1/4" plywood for beauty

you could try a black roller blind, ideally with some extra framing around the door to create a groove that wraps around the edge of the roller blind.
