Jobo "donut" spacer for 2500 series tanks....top or bottom of tank?

A question for any Jobo users with experience of the 92066 black donut shaped chemical displacer in a 2500 tank.....should it go at the bottom of the tank or the top above the reels?

And any preference for which way up as well? It has a concave surface and a flat surface.

I'm wondering if either of these factors might adversely affect the chemical flow when processing, or if placing it above the reels might slow down drainage of the chemistry for example.

    Thanks!
