Well, they never signed/filed the final papers. Nice wedding and party anyway. But I do have a few 5x7 platinum prints that no one in the family(s) seems to want.

I went as a 3rd photographer at a wedding. I just shot film with an RB67 and a Speed Graphic.
The rest of the photogs shot digital.

Re: Once upon a LF wedding..

I don't believe I ever met a wedding photographer using film who gave a client 3,000 images to review and choose from for final prints.
Or one who shot 10-25 frames of each group.

    Times have changed.

A relative who was in College in Salt Lake City in the early 70's paid for his expenses by going to the Salt Lake Mormon Temple Friday & Saturday with his Hasselblad. Would wait on the grounds and pick up one or more wedding parties there whose photographer did not show up. Told us he averaged $300 each day doing this. Would wait, see folks getting frustrated waiting and offer his services. One or two rolls of film shot, given to the couple & paid on the spot. After a few the workers would clue him in to those whose photographers weren't showing.

I shot 2 DIGI weddings free

One was a modern Hippie event

    completely outside

Most camped on site beside the nice river, no bugs

Another was $$$, over the top

but they wanted free photographer, me

    Never again!

Here is one shot I liked, their hippie daughter
