    Re: Rectangular TLC Developing Tanks

I found refrigerator trays at Target that are 6x14 for my 5x12 printing. Found a 5 reel stainless Nikkor tank for the film but it needs 1800ml developer and is heavy when filled. Need something to reduce volume or a smaller tube.
The magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding.

I use chafing dish for 7X17

My absolutely favorite tanks are Nikor with up to 12, 2-1/4 X 3-1/4 sheet film in their 'waffle'

Light tite, once loaded and film drys best inside the waffle outside the can

    No touch

One NOS in box just sold on eBay, but I got my 2 last decade

Not a lot of hobbyists or self employed analytical scientists doing thin layer chromatography at home. Probably always ordered with a purchase order or company account.
