    Cap sizes 150 Symmar-S

    Good morning

    I have a Schneider symmar S 150 on the way but it has no caps.

    What would the front and rear size be for this lens?

    Any help much appreciated.

    Chris

    The front lens has a 58mm filter thread , so can use a clip on 58mm lens cap .
    If you want to use a push on lens cap , you need a 60mm one .

    The rear lens doesn't have a filter thread , so there nothing for a clip on lens cap to grip too .
    You'll need a 40.5mm push on lens cap .
    I think mine is a 41mm push on cap , so I lined it with a bit of self adhesive felt for grip and it fits securely .
    You might find an exact fit , but I couldn't .

    The Data page from Schneider's website is saved here ;
