    Slow loading website, but very interesting when we get there

    I really like the Wet Plate Tailboard design in many sizes

    and seems to ship with one wet plate holder to match

    being EU It helps me if the dimensions listed either Imperial or Metric, I have a calculator

    as in, 20X24 is what size?

    Big lenses require tailboard design IMHO

    I’m dreaming one of those too. They’re just so beautiful! I love in the video you hear roosters in the background. Would probably go with the non native holder, though, to be able to switch to film in a pinch. I couldn’t find info on the size of the lens board — it doesn’t look larger than 6”, which is not enough for some of the larger Petzvals, for example.

    Yeesh, I thought the noteworthy product was the new 4x5 and everyone is interested in the tailboard thing lol

    Well, there’s several options for new 4x5 out there but I think this is the only option I know for a new “studio” portrait camera. That’s really the novelty.
