Should I worry?

Just thinking of getting my first LF (4x5) lens but it has some dots around the edge (see image) Should I be worried and avoid??

This 'itis is mostly cosmetic and shouldn't effect the image.

Hope you can make some sense of all that. I happen to have only one lens afflicted and there are no issues.
