Re: how large (or small) are your prints?

If I may inquire as a inkprinter looking at contact prints, how many print larger than your camera neg using digital negatives these days? Seems like the low hanging fruit for folks like me who don't have a darkroom per se, but shoot 4X5 and like bigger prints, have an inkjet that can handle that, and could then contact print from there. Just curious. Thanks!

Using inkjet negatives to make alt photo prints is standard operational procedures these days...and silver gelatin contacts, also.

Mostly 8x10, sometimes 11x14, and a couple at 12x15. I prefer to be able to hold and view prints as well as easily store them. But if I were trying to sell prints I would likely print larger.

I used a very fancy Xerox copier 22 years ago to scan fingerprint I made with ink on paper, then the copier enlarged print to 8X10 onto clear plastic sheet

Then the 8X10 negative was copied onto silk screen photo emulsion

and a series of ink prints was made on very fancy paper with HANDMADE DECKLE EDGE PAPER

That was my first Large Format negative and contact print

    The copier made LF negs!
