    Having some fun here!

The full tree is from two 4x5 negatives, and was the fourth time I had photographed the tree. The first time was taking 3 images with a Rollieflex. I had a friend with me, so after the series of three images, I made my way down to the base of the tree, climbed up the bark of the trunk 15 feet or so, and had my friend click the shutter. Probably around 1978, give or take a yer.

Still would like to try the whole tree image with two 4x10, or even 5.5x14, negatives. I should get my son the rock-climber to go out with me...if not to climb, to help me get the camera stuff up the trail!
