    I use the Cokin modular hood system.

    I have three sections and use 1 with my 90mm, 2 with my 210mm and when I get a 360 or 400mm soon I'll use 3 sections.

    You can also insert filters into the holder.

    You only need one holder and an adapter ring for each lens, it weighs almost nothing and stores over a lens so doesn't use up much space either.

    PS: You'll notice I'm using rear tilt not front tilt, lens hoods can easily vignette if you tilt the front.
