John, you'll need to mount the 5x7 back on a tapered extension.
I don't think you should bother. If you want a 5x7 Graflex ante up and buy one.
I make this suggestion because of a disastrous project that tried to use a 2x3 RB Ser. B. as an SLR module for a long lens camera called Baby Bertha. Baby failed because the RB's mirror box vignetted the image projected by lenses much longer than normal for 2x3. I think you'll encounter the same problem.
I am with Ben on this. Maybe it could be done4, but the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
