PRJ is exactly right in my opinion. It is in terrible shape. Those aren't minor cleaning marks.

thanks for the advice guys. I went ahead with a return, and got my money back. However, the seller didn't want to deal with the hassle of getting it shipped across the atlantic again, so I still have it. Because now I basically have it for free, I've reached out to a few places to see about cleaning it, since it now won't be a big deal to me if that doesn't work
