SK Componon S 150/5.6 with 72mm filter thread

    Hi all,
I am about to buy this lens with blue adaptor ring but bit puzzled. It has rather large front element with 72mm filter thread. Normally all the other versions Ive seen even with 50mm thread has barrel shape body.
Do you guys know anything about this?
    Cheers,
    Fatih

The catalog says that the 150/5.6 Componon S takes M52x0.75 filters. The 210/5.6 takes M72x0.75. Perhaps the seller is confused about what he has.

And the lens looks like 210 but they insist it is 150 so I am just to make sure and asked the to send me a photo.
Schneider hasn't produced this lens for other purposes than film enlarging right?
