We'd need to know how the photograph was made, what film format/camera, etc., before we can answer this question.

Due to the arc shapes, looks more like a processing issue, like it was a top row during dip&dunk processing...

If light, angle might be from dark slide not inserted evenly (at an angle)...

If you look at the curves of the area, probably from contact or wetting issue... I never used a SP445, so I don't know about level issues, but it seems like a processing issue...

This seems solvable, just check where level, wetting, loading issues, and sticking can occur...

    Good luck!!!

Light leak in the SP445 isn't too likely, as long as you've got both light blocking strips in place.

Which way was the negative in the holder?

If you had the holder loaded in the camera from the left side (dark slide pulled out to the left) then you pulled the holder away from the camera while pulling or replacing the slide. Notice that the right edge of the image (closer to the edge than the leak and thus in the shadow of the thickness of the holder) is processed OK so not a processing problem. Would recommend that you have a dark cloth large enough to be able to pull the dark slide under it and keep it on the camera at all times;-)
