Both were developed in the new fully-automatic film processor I've been designing and building for a while, if you're interested in that sort of thing you should check out the blog post I made about it: http://midtonemachines.com/news/miss...plished-kinda/
These are cool. I like the image that is slightly more above the head angle.

I saw your web page, cool machine! Maybe you can post it on the DIY section on this to get better visibility. I've worked on a few jobo's before. They are a bit large and need a lot of room. I love your small design.

This is such a great image and a cool story! Did you have a self timer on your lens? Those funky Spiratone type mechanical timers? I need to get one of those.

    I'm digging your DIY processor.
Back in 2007 I made a semi-automatic BW film agitation machine. It's my 2nd generation of the machine with the first being built in 1994 (on a limited budget) using an AC motor with a computer's parallel port interface.

I am not physically in the photo -- just to the extent the photographer is always present. I did take a couple more -- one closed to f64 for 15 seconds in which I sat down in the image, and one a little later at f64 at "multiple minutes' as my notes say (getting darker -- without people knowing and I stood in front for awhile of the fire as not to over-expose it).

Sarah inherited this property in Wetzel County, WV a few years ago. It includes this private cemetery.
She let me tag along last week.

    Good portrait.

Sarah looks pretty happy but I'm not sure you have yet won the trust of Dingo
