Dallmeyer 14" f4.5 Serrac vs Voigtlander Heliar 360

Is there anyone here who has used both lenses and has a sense of what their various qualities are? The Dallmeyer seems to be going a reasonable chunk of change cheaper than the Heliar, so it's interesting as a proposition.

Serrac is Tessar design, so it much more common than Heliar. So you have to compare Tessar against Heliar. I like both, so I would take both (I mean Tessar, not specifically Serrac that I do not own and do not plan to own).
