    Lightweight lenses: Geronar 6.7/150 or G-Claron 9/150?

    MC vs. SC?

    Macro vs. landscape?

    3 lenses vs. more lenses?

    Rodenstock vs. Schneider?

It has to fit into a Horseman field camera.

    Regards

Don't know about the Geronar...but I love my little 150 G-Claron! So versatile...for both 4x5 and 5x7, close in to infinity - as well as for enlarging: specifically to allow me to enlarge 5x7 negatives to 30x40 inches...vertically on my Zone 6 enlarger.

But...depending on your level of experience, habits, intentions, and quality of focussing screen, you might be better served with the 1.5 stop margin given by the Geronar, in that it might facilitate more accurate focus.
