What do I need to use this enlarging lens?

I've acquired a nice Rodenstock 150mm Rodagon enlarging lens for my Omega D2, but I'm a bit flummoxed as to what size cone and other bits I need to use it. I'm currently using a 135mm Bosh & Lomb enlarging lens (for 4x5 negs) that's fitted to, I believe, a 2-and-something-inch cone. I've read conflicting accounts as to what size cone I'll need for the 150mm lens. And I'm also unsure about what kind of flange(?) I'll need to fit the lens to the cone. The Rodagon has the figure "50.2" written or stamped on it. I've included a photo of the lens.Click image for larger version.

    You need as per http://www.khbphotografix.com/NewUsedEquip2.html
421-102 Lens Cone 4½" (for 150mm lenses) (requires lens disc)
421-008 Flat Lens Disc with 50mm hole
