Horseman FA bellows replacement

Hi, has anyone here ever changed the bellows on a Horseman FA? How is the bellows attached? It has a metal plate in the front. I can see that. But in the back? Is the bellows just taped to the back? Or are there also screws that can be removed cleanly? Many greetings, Thanks!

My FA bellows did not fold correctly when I got it 12 years ago. I still have not got around to changing it because it is perfectly light tight. If you do change yours, I'd be interested in where you got the bellows. As you know, of course, the FA has those tiny folds in the bellows.
