I've only used it a few times, as I updated yesterday, but it does seem better. I use it regularly to make a mask for the subject/non subject. There's also a new subject mask tool in the tools palette.
May tomorrow be a better day.

Last time I tried it was at least 5 years ago, I will soon.

    Thanks Peter

Never tried it. Usually do masks manually. I will have to check out though once I am moved to temp house while new one designed and built.

I think the forum should ban discussions of Photoshop, the same way it banned discussions of politics and religion...

    It just feels... icky.

Mark, perhaps you are joking again, as you do often

This entire forum is digital with PS a huge companion

Maybe we should mail each other prints!

Like some used to do with Print Exchanges

i think i ran the last

I have had good results with Topaz Remask. Once you get to know the interface it produces a good mask, especially for tricky things like hair and trees.

I have both. I prefer the new Photoshop method.

I'm just being a grump. I tried cloning over my grumpiness with the clone stamp, and fixing it with the healing tool, but I can't seem to save it...
