I've been trying to get the Vesta to do that, it does have some room for movements, but I only have front rise/fall.
I've found that much depends on the distance of the subject wrt the camera.
Too far away (as for a full-body shot) and there is no way to get the face in the sweet spot unless you make a bull's eye-type photo (face in the centre of the frame).
As the subject gets closer, the sweet spot covers more of the face, making it easier to get them sharp
and frame it decently.
