    They are wooden and should be simpler to make than camera lens boards.

    Perhaps you are from the Underworld from your greeting

    Shipping is alway way too high to there

    I suggest you make one from a sandwich with thin plywood, maybe 3 glue-up

    My dimensions are

    0.4" thick

    Lip 0.15" X 0.25"

    5.25 wide X 6.75" long including Lip

    All dims can vary a bit, whittle it down to size

    I remember making on on a table saw with a dato blade to cut the rebate.

    A little crude, but in keeping with the robust and simple nature of my 5x7 Elwood enlarger itself.

    They are not hard to make. Find the right thickness of plywood or MDF. It is about 3/8" . Cut a rebate or rabbet at one end, drill a hole the right size and there you are.

    Like everyone else has said if you have any tools, router and a table saw and know how to use them it should be easy.
    Here are photo's of mine, it is an original board, black felt on the enlarger side and a thin metal or faux mlt on the outside.
