Yes.
Though you'll need to consider the lens you're transferring. Many Schneider lenses that were originally designed for Compound #3's were later used in Compur Electronic #3's still kept the same threads, but had a nearly-impossible-to-remove brass thread adapter installed from Compound #3 to Compur/Copal #3.
This is the case for the 300mm f/5.6 Symmar, for example.
The lens is a 21cm Heliar
The threads on the front cell measure 56mm, I have yet to remove the rear cell
My 21cm Heliar is in now in a Copal 3S after removing it from its original barrel.
That information may not be relevant for your case.
56mm smells like a #3S to me.

As per our Displaced Canadian's link to the SKGrimes site, it looks like it might be a 3S...
This is where it gets interesting...
I just pulled mine out of the bag and can verify there are no marking on the nameplate that indicates it is a Copal 3S shutter, although I know it is. The nameplate says "COPAL - NO.3". So without holding one in your hand with the appropriate measuring tools, you would not know.
As far as finding lenses mounted in a Copal 3S, I would assume the Copal 3S was an opportunity for Copal to captures part of the market vacated when Compound shutters no longer were available, through what looks to be a change of the tube of their standard product, even to the point of using the same nameplate.
You might want to look at German lenses of certain vintage (older 210mm f4.5 Xenar or others?) or funky Japanese lense in the same focal length / lens speed.
Just spitballing here until you can find someone who really knows for certain...
Good luck
