Crown optical Brass 4x5 Lens ID help?

I had this lens in a lot of cameras I recently purchased. It was on an Auto Graflex. I found little on Crown as a manufacturer of lenses but I'd hazard to guess it was produced in house by Graflex? Or maybe Crown is an offshoot of Kodak? Manufactured in Rochester so I guess that's some info?

It has a bulit in aperture blade system as well. From f/4.5-45.

I did find an old article mentioning them introducing an Anastigmat f4.5 lens in 1911. Other than that, not much else. Maybe re-badged? Thanks very much!

Crown was one of many Rochester photography companies. They weren't around long.

A little more on them here: http://bvipirate.com/Kodak/Rochester.html
