Thank you for that Merg. I’m glad I was able to give something back here. Out of frustration, I know I was heavy handed at times. This forum has been an invaluable resource over the years, making LF knowledge much more accessible to me personally as well as others and I have greatly valued that.

Thank you Tuan and all the mods!

Happy Anniversary indeed. Thanks for the heads up Merg. My first reaction to fondly remembering QT's early work in aggregating the initial LF resources to share and discuss is to comment how quickly these 25 years flew by. The fact that this resource remains active is amazing. I fondly remember a number of wonderful members we have lost along the way but I look forward to continuing to participate toward the improved knowledge of a whole new set of interested newcomers (and sheet film consumers) and as many trips to the field to make photographs as possible.
Unbelievable! I remember the split from photo.net - we were all dialing in on our 56k baud modems. Or sneaking a peek from the blazing fast T1 connection at work. The split from the other forums was a great escape from the 35mm Nikon v Canon wars. Which still rages today in the digital camera age!
So many great folks and great memories! Here is to another 25 years!
