Matthews made those for their mini's I think..I have one I tried to JB Weld onto a Bowens plate for my strobe set up - did not work well

I eventually went out and bought a Bowens optical spot for my system (no cheap)… it works great, but yeah....still cuts own on the light output..

    I put 2400ws thru it and wish I had a 4800 pack....

A car headlight projector assembly off the nearest junkyard (a carbon-neutral way to get going, not everything needs to be shipped by Amazon, or eBay and if new, from as far as China ), - or even a regular car spotlight-, is also a fun way to experiment with, and get some good light density in a small area. Evenness of the light may be your main concern, but that could be addressed as well.

Agree with Carsten. In the past I have adapted the reflector of driving light to get a focused beam of light and also the reflector off an industrial backup light to give me a wide beam. In both cases the outside covers of the lamps were in poor condition, but the reflectors were fine, and were had for only a few dollars each. Being able to move the light source back and forth inside the reflectors were the challenge. Adaptions were 100% Rube Goldberg, but both did work in the end.

I have one somewhere. It has a giant wheel with I think 5 different apertures, a condenser lens and a focusing lens in the front. I can create a spot of light on the wall of varying sizes according to rhe selected aperture, with hard or soft edges. I've never used it, I assume I could mount it to a flash if I so desired. I bought it for $15 or something because I wanted to know what it was.

I have use a honeycomb grid in front of a snoot, not sure if the light is focused enough to meet the original request. At close distance the grid pattern appears.

I have a focusing spot for my pack (balcar)… and 15 or 20 years ago it was popular to fit a strobe tube socket into older Fresnel focusing studio fixtures... I've also seen projector lenses used in conjunction with snoots

cut the centers out of a few dollar store page magnifiers and sandwich them between the light and snoot.

If used in front of hot light, plastics melt, burn, catch fire etc... Needs to be over a foot away with air space between and keep an eye on them... Includes gels, pola filters, diffusers etc...

Commercial condensers are pyrex, as not to shatter...
