That was made with a Sony A7RII which is a 42MP "full frame" mirrorless camera. The lens was an old manual focus 200mm Nikkor AIS at f/5.6
This is like on one of those documentary TV shows where they show "this is where he hid the bodies" type photoGood idea for a thread!
Here is my test shot with iPhone SE, I plan to try some rare film on the same thing
