Hello,
I came across an affordable (now I know why) Burke and James 4x5, however the bellows turned out to be toast.
Any thoughts on replacements, or building new? I've come across a number of methods however being tapered makes it interesting.

Your cheapest and easiest option may be to just buy another camera. I see them closing on Ebay for around $75.

The hardest part of making a new bellows is finding the right materials.
I'm getting that idea....
How bad are the bellows? Could they be patched? When I built my 8x10 I used black out fabric from the local fabric store, it may be a little heavy for 4x5. Visit a fabric store with the old bellows and ask if they have something similar.
ahhhh, I just now noticed my typo..... what was I thinking, the new 6x6 is 5x5?
The bellows are deteriorating beyond repair. I believe though I have enough information to work with and will attempt making one.
