How to get a new password?

I've sent an email to administrators but no response. I'm heading on a trip and I can't remember my password to reset it. I'll be using my phone and don't know the password. Can someone out there help me?

    Thanks

Jim, if you log out the go to log in again. There is an “forgotten password click here” option. You need you login email and there’s a simple question to answer to make sure you not a robot or something.

    Have fun on your trip!

Roger, thanks for that. I've done that but I'll try again. When I go to my profile to change my password I need to know my password in order to change it and I don't know it. Well if you guys don't hear from me you will know what happened.

Tried to change it and it said I was banned with my email? Administrators don't get back to me? I sent an email early this morning. Oh well.

Jim, I just generated a new random password and sent it to the email that was in your user profile.

We never received any message from you - what channel did you use to send it? Perhaps there's some bug we need to chase down.

Sorry not to have gotten to this sooner - was in the darkroom, actually.
