was featured on Lenscratch.com today. She is a large and medium format user and darkroom printer. I really liked her work—

Yes. Everything looks so familiar, down around Watsonville and Santa Cruz, but quite interestingly done. It's still Steinbeck country.

And it gets even better as:-

".....She works primarily with the large and medium analog process, working as sole craftsman from the moment the negative is exposed to the creation of the final silver gelatin print........

Dear Richard Wasserman and Everyone who replied to this post,

Thank you so much for mentioning me! I came across this by accident and was so happy to see that you shared my work. It was amazing to know that people were actually out there in the world who took their precious time to see my work... and I was pleasently surprised that all the comments were so positive. It is certainly a good feeling to know you are going in the right direction, especially with something that I have been working so hard at and for several years.

Yes, I work with large and medium format film. I develop my own film and print in my (small) home darkroom. This project was mostly taken with my 4x5 view camera.

    Truly thankful and inspired,
    Maria Isabel
