What is tripod ring+plate called?

Hi, I’d like to bid on a camera ending soon but I noticed it’s missing the tripod ring and plate. I imagine the plate is no big deal but are rings standard? What are the proper names of these parts? Where can I get them? I guess it might be called a “pan ring” possibly
