    Without the spacer the aperture ring will not move.

    For some reason he shows Schneider labeled caps but not the logo for the wrench!
    That is the Linos/Rodenstock lens wrench available from most camera stores.

    Since it's a Copal 3 shutter I would suggest checking that it isn't one of the smaller opening 3-S shutters since not all of them were marked 3-S. The regular Copal 3 has a 62mm retaining ring thread and the 3-S has a 61mm thread.

    Try your local hardware store. They'll have washers in both metal and plastic, that might fit.
    I've found washers that fit Copal 0 and Copal 1; to be honest, I've never looked for one to fit a Copal 3, but they have many sizes.
    The washers won't fit exactly, but close enough to act as a spacer.
